2022 seems to be another year of trends, especially ones that emerge from the TikTok app, and we are sure that many more are to come this year. Lately, it seems like everyone is in on the Picasso trend merging from a simple encounter between a passerby and two art students working on a project on the side of a street. TikTok user @itsreefa posted the original video on January 12 and it quickly became a popular sound used by many users. They used it to describe all types of events in their lives, from curious artwork pieces to interesting life moments.

Here are some of our favorite examples of the trend!

1. Hayley Kiyoko

Actress Hayley Kiyoko took to TikTok in order to take part in the Picasso trend, showing the mishaps of owning pets by using the popular sound. It’s ok! Pets have a mind of their own.

2. The Sorry Girls

Crafty DIY duo The Sorry Girls took to TikTok in order to show the process of making a sustainable piece of furniture, using the trendy sound to showcase the final product.

3. Cam Holmes

"Too Hot To Handle" star Cam Holmes turned to TikTok to show his girlfriend Emily Miller doing her makeup as an art piece. Hey! Makeup for sure requires some skill; we might need some lessons over here, Emily -- I'm still learning how to do an eye wing!

4. Kira Kosarin

Remember when you were a kid and decided to mash up leaves in order to make them into perfume? No, not me, but this was exactly what actress Kira Kosarin did when she was a child, using the Picasso sound to suggest her mother's approval of the idea. One thing is for certain -- we all played with soil, leaves, and sticks as children at one point.

@kirakosarin the way little me thought this was a *genius* idea #picasso♬ Whats this I like it Picasso Yeah datway - ReefaTV
