If you have an Instagram, I’m sure a picture in your feed every once in a while is that of a poem -- a smart play of words, usually written on a typewriter, and set against a beautiful landscape. Poetry is a great way to connect and process emotions, and even though some of it can be gut-wrenching and heartbreaking, it is also incredibly healing.
