Undoubtedly, one of the best parts of "The Morning Show" has been its fantastic performances from all the castmembers. Steve Carell strikes a strong balance between regret and ignorance in his performance of Mitch Kessler, the anchor who is removed from the titular show after sexual misconduct allegations. Mark Duplass’s performance as neurotic but exhausted producer Charlie Black is fascinating. Aniston’s simmering rage as her character Alex Levy’s life falls apart in front of her eyes is heartbreaking and unlike anything else Aniston has gotten to do in her career. And, of course, Witherspoon gets to truly let loose in the character of too-hot-to-handle, dogged journalist Bradley Jackson.
