3 Reason We Can't Wait to Be Creeped Out By the 'Goosebumps' Movie!

Dun, Dun, Dun, Dun! Sound familiar? It should.

If you’re a '90s kid, Goosebumps was probably favorite book series and TV shows. R.L. Stine came up with some of the best “spooky” storylines that gave you the absolute creeps, and you totally loved it. Now, Sony Pictures is bringing Goosebumps to the big screen!

Here are 3 reasons we will be first in line:

1. Nostalgia!

This movie is going to bring back so many childhood memories. But you don’t have to be a '90s kid to adore these stories. It’s a right of passage to watch "Goosebumps" growing up, no matter what year you were born.

2. The Cast

This film has an all-star cast including Odeya Rush, Dylan Minnette, and Jack Black. Dylan is actually a R.L. Stine veteran, having starred in the author's “The Haunting Hour” television series back in 2011 and 2013!

3. Slappy

He is without a doubt one of the most popular characters from the series, and it looks like we will get to see more of him. Slappy used to really scare -- and by “used to”, I mean he totally still does. Here’s Jack Black and Slappy at Comic-Con... creepy, right?
