In this episode, Jerry is convinced he returned a book even though library investigations officer, Lt. Bookman says otherwise. This episode featured the ultimate guest star in Bookman, who is passionate about everything from instant coffee to Jerry finally returning his book. In the background, Elaine fears she is going to be fired and George gets an atomic wedgie from an old bully who "Can't-Stand-Ya". Turns out George’s high school bully had the missing library book the whole time and Jerry must pay a fine.
