Later, Kramer and Jerry observe the splenectomy of Elaine’s artist ex-boyfriend, whom she recently got back together with due to his weight loss, and they somehow drop a Junior Mint into his body cavity. They think they killed someone, buy thousands of dollars worth of his art, only to have him miraculously recover.
