A whole lot of nothing happened during this episode, but that can be said for every episode of "Seinfeld". Kramer goes back to work at a bagel shop after a 12-year workers strike ends. We were introduced to a whole new holiday, Festivus, a fake holiday invented by George and his father, which I celebrate in honor of this great show. After learning about Festivus, Kramer goes back on strike because he was refused time off to celebrate. George then sets up a fake charity in order to fool people into thinking he donated to the charity in their name as a Christmas gift, leading him to have to prove Festivus is a real holiday.
