Zac Efron auctions an hour of his time

Zac Efron is attempting to pull in a fortune for charity by auctioning off an hour of his time.

The High School Musical hunk has agreed to sit down for 60 minutes with one lucky fan to raise money for Communities In Schools, a non-profit educational organisation which encourages children to stay in school.

The one-on-one meeting with Efron, which is being auctioned on the Charity Buzz website, is expected to pull in as much as $5,000.

The online auction, which ends on 31 October (12), states, "Polite manners and respect for the generous donor and adherence to any rules or parameters are a must."
