Wiz Khalifa is a dad

Rapper Wiz Khalifa and his fiancee Amber Rose have become first-time parents.

The model gave birth to the couple's son, Sebastian Taylor Thomaz, on Thursday (21Feb13) and the Black and Yellow hitmaker couldn't wait to announce the news to fans.

Two hours after posting a photo of himself in hospital scrubs on Twitter.com, he wrote, "Happy Birthday Sebastian 'The Bash' Taylor Thomaz!!! Everyone welcome this perfect young man into the world."

The baby's birth comes just a day after Rose denied rumors suggesting she had gone into labour on Tuesday (19Feb13), when Khalifa uploaded a Twitter photo of a foetal monitor alongside the caption "coming soon".

She tweeted, "I got a million congratulation texts yesterday for having the baby... It was sweet but our Chicken nugget is still baking. My due date isn't until Feb 24th (sic) & this is my first baby so he may come early he may come late but either way he'll be here soon".

Rose had previously revealed she was planning to have a natural water birth at home.
