Taylor Swift's representative: 'She's happily single'

Taylor Swift's representative insists the pop star is "happily single" following new rumors she is romancing The 1975 rocker Matt Healy.

Earlier this month (Dec14), the Shake It Off hitmaker attended the British band's concert in Los Angeles, and Healy revealed they "exchanged numbers", leading many to speculate they had struck up a romance.

Swift was even linked to her best friend and Victoria's Secret model Karlie Kloss, after they were photographed allegedly kissing each other at a gig.

On Monday (08Dec14), five days before her birthday on Saturday (13Dec14), Swift took to Twitter.com to slyly address the reports, and wrote, "As my 25th birthday present from the media, I'd like for you to stop accusing all my friends of dating me."

Swift's rep continued to play down the rumors once again on Wednesday (10Dec14), telling People magazine, "Taylor remains happily single. It is disappointing that her one birthday request was ignored."
