Taylor Swift's album leaks online

Taylor Swift's latest album 1989 has leaked online just days before its release.

The Love Story hitmaker's first fully-fledged pop disc is scheduled for release on Monday (27Oct14) but hackers began posting leaked material from it on the Internet on Friday (24Oct14).

The song Blank Space was uploaded onto video-sharing website YouTube.com but was quickly removed by Swift's label Big Machine records. According to E! Online, an anonymous Tumblr.com blog page has posted audio of the entire album.

Swift has not addressed the leak but has spoken in recent interviews about her fear of the album getting out ahead of its release. She had gone to extreme lengths to keep the songs a secret and told U.K. chat show host Alan Carr a leak could cause "a meltdown".

In the pre-recorded interview for his show Alan Carr: Chatty Man, which ironically aired on the same day as the leak, she says, "I don't even want to talk about it (leaks). I don't trust technology. I don't want to talk about leaks. It freaks me out. I will have a meltdown on the show."

Many of her fans have taken to Twitter.com to urge others to wait until Monday and have vowed to stay away from the leaked material out of loyalty to Swift.
