Taylor Swift gets back to work after cancer announcement

Taylor Swift has put on a brave face by heading back to work just days after announcing her mother is battling cancer.

The pop star went public with the bad news on Thursday (09Apr15), revealing her beloved mum, Andrea Finlay, 57, has been diagnosed with the disease following a routine health scan in December (14).

Swift has stayed silent on social media since making the announcement, but the Shake It Off star proved she is not letting the crisis get her down by heading back to work over the weekend (11-12Apr15) to film a music video for her new single Bad Blood.

The singer has been photographed walking around the set in Los Angeles in a dressing gown on Sunday (12Apr15), while actress Zendaya Coleman was also spotted at the shoot.
