Taylor Swift wrapped up her Speak Now world tour in New York on Tuesday night (22Nov11) by duetting with James Taylor - the man who inspired her name.

The Disney star took to Twitter.com after the show, posting a picture of herself on stage with Swift alongside the words, "Performing at Madison Square Garden with my best friend was a highlight. Congratulations Taylor on Speak Now tour!! Love you."

Swift also brought veteran musician Taylor onstage for a special duet. She revealed her parents named her after Taylor and they performed his hit track Fire and Rain, while the 63-year-old star also played guitar on Swift's song Fifteen.

In a series of posts on her Twitter.com page, the 21-year-old singer writes, "I can't believe tonight is the last night of the Speak Now Tour... I have so much to be thankful for this year. I'm leaving New York, replaying this tour in my mind. I love you all so much."
