Suge Knight accused of making terrorist threat in photographer spat case

Written by . Published: February 12 2015

Incarcerated rap boss Suge Knight has been handed another legal woe as he faces murder and hit-and-run charges relating to the death of a friend last month (Jan15) - he has been slapped with a count of making a terrorist threat in an ongoing spat with a photographer.

The embattled former Death Row Records founder is still in custody in connection with the death of Terry Carter after a Los Angeles judge ruled Knight was too much of a flight risk and revoked his bail, and now he has been charged with making a terroristic threat during the 2014 theft of a camera from a celebrity snapper.

Knight and comedian Katt Williams were previously charged with robbery in connection with the incident outside a studio in Beverly Hills in September (14), and the new charge against Knight was filed on Wednesday (11Feb15) ahead of a court hearing in that case.

The rap boss faces 25 years to life under California's three-strikes law if he's convicted.
