Singer Chris Brown sued over alleged Las Vegas bust-up
A woman who accused Chris Brown of assault in Las Vegas earlier this year (16) has launched a lawsuit against the singer.
The Fine China star became the focus of a police probe after he was accused of punching a Brazilian model at a New Year's Day (01Jan16) party held in his hotel suite in Sin City.
Reports suggested Brown was upset when he spotted Liziane Gutierrez
taking a photo of him.
Representatives for Chris, 26, alleged she made the incident up
because she was upset about being ejected from the private bash at
The Palms resort, and they insisted cops were wasting their time
with the investigation.
Last month (Jan16), police dropped their inquiry and decided not to
file criminal charges over the alleged bust-up, due to a lack of
evidence, but now Gutierrez is suing Brown for battery, theft and
defamation, claiming he called her ugly, according to TMZ.com.
Sources recently told the news website Liziane Gutierrez was denied
entry to a California club the singer was partying at on 19 January
(16).
According to TMZ.com the club's bouncers informed her she was not
able to enter because Brown was inside with Kourtney Kardashian's
ex-boyfriend Scott Disick. Her friends were reportedly allowed to
enter.
