Simon Cowell to pen tell-all book
Music mogul Simon Cowell is to write a tell-all autobiography.
The X Factor boss is joining forces with a co-author to pen the book which will lift the lid on his life in the music and entertainment industry.
He tells Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper, "I am writing (a book).
I would write it myself, but I would work with someone. You have
got to have someone, because someone has to do the research, but it
would be my book."
In 2012, author Tom Bower released an unauthorized biography of the
star called Sweet Revenge: The Intimate Life of Simon Cowell in
which he wrote that the star had an affair with Dannii Minogue, his
former co-star on Britain's The X Factor.
At the time of the release, a Cowell said, "I want to publicly
apologize to anybody I embarrassed because I have tried to keep my
private life quiet a bit and I do have to apologize to certain
people and certain members of my family."
Cowell has since come round to the idea of the tell-all and he adds
about the latest book, "The last book was written about me and I'm
kind of thinking I didn't mind the book. So much has happened since
then, I think (the next book) will be great."
