Simon Cowell kisses Lauren Silverman on holiday

Music mogul Simon Cowell has been pictured kissing socialite Lauren Silverman for the first time since it emerged she is expecting his baby.

The X Factor boss recently confirmed rumors suggesting the 36 year old is pregnant with his first child, insisting, "Things are changing in my life right now, for the better. I'm proud to be a dad. It's something I hadn't thought of before, but now I know I feel good about it. She's (Silverman) a very special girl."

It was unknown whether long-time bachelor Cowell would embark on a romance with Silverman, but he put his love for her on display as they openly kissed during a romantic meal on Friday (23Aug13) while on vacation in St. Tropez.

Photos published by Britain's The People newspaper also shows Silverman tenderly caressing the 53 year old's face as they gaze into one another's eyes.

An onlooker says, "Simon and Lauren looked like any other happy couple enjoying their summer holiday. They laughed lots and were extremely tactile. The kiss was clearly a sign that things are indeed very real between them. They looked intimate and romantic."

The pair was also seen holding hands while enjoying a stroll on the beach during their stay in the south of France.

Earlier this month (Aug13), Cowell learned he will not be taken to court over Silverman's divorce from her husband of 10 years, Andrew. The real estate developer had filed for divorce in early July (13), citing adultery for the split and naming Cowell as a co-respondent, but the matter was settled out of court.
