Selena Gomez to star with Paul Rudd in health drama

Singer/actress Selena Gomez has been cast to star alongside Paul Rudd in the film adaptation of muscular dystrophy drama The Revised Fundamentals Of Caregiving.
The Come and Get It hitmaker will lead the cast of the big screen version of author Jonathan Evison's acclaimed 2012 novel.
Rudd will portray a caregiver looking after a teen who is in the
advanced stages of Duchenne muscular dystrophy, while Gomez will
play a girl who hitches a ride with the pair during a road
trip.
The Revised Fundamentals of Caregiving will be directed by Emmy
Award winner and veteran executive producer of The Late Show With
David Letterman, Rob Burnett.
