Selena Gomez to make cameo in new Brad Pitt film

Singer/actress Selena Gomez has scored a cameo in a new film starring Hollywood hunks Brad Pitt and Ryan Gosling.

The Come and Get It hitmaker was photographed on the set of The Big Short in New Orleans, Louisiana on Monday (11May15), but a source tells Entertainment Tonight that she was only scheduled to film for one day.

Reports suggest Gomez will play a young professional from Manhattan, and her scenes were shot at Harrah's Casino in the city's iconic French Quarter.

Entertainment Tonight also reports that Jay Z and Beyonce are scheduled to film cameos in the coming days.

The Big Short, which also stars Christian Bale, Marisa Tomei, Steve Carell and Scarlet Johansson, centers around wealthy opportunists who profited off the American economic crisis in the mid-2000s.
