Sean Maguire to be a first-time father

British actor Sean Maguire is set to become a father for the first time.

The Once Upon a Time star's wife Tanya Flynn is expecting the couple's first child, and he took to Twitter.com on Tuesday (20Jan15) to share the good news.

He wrote, "I am so over the moon with excitement to announce @TANYAJFLYNN and I are expecting our first child. Cannot wait to finally be a daddy!"

The announcement comes nearly a month after Maguire and his police detective wife renewed their wedding vows during an intimate ceremony in Ireland.

Maguire and Flynn first wed in October, 2012.
