Rupert Grint to make Broadway debut in It's Only a Play
Harry Potter star Rupert Grint has followed pal Daniel Radcliffe onto the Broadway stage.
The British actor will make his debut on the New York stage as acclaimed director Frank Finger in the star-studded Broadway production of Terrence McNally's comedy, It's Only A Play.
Grint says, "I'm thrilled to be making my Broadway debut alongside
this amazing cast and creative team."
The play will reunite The Producers stars Nathan Lane and Matthew
Broderick and will also feature Megan Mullally, F. Murray Abraham
and Stockard Channing.
It's Only a Play is scheduled to premiere at the Gerald Schoenfeld
Theatre on 9 October (14).
Radcliffe is currently starring in a Broadway production of The
Cripple of Inishmaan, while he has also previously appeared in
Equus and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.
