Ronnie Wood is married
Rocker Ronnie Wood will be spending Christmas with a new wife after exchanging vows with his fiancee Sally Humphreys on Friday (21Dec12).
The 65-year-old Rolling Stones star wed Humphreys in a private ceremony at The Dorchester in London; his old pal and former The Faces bandmate Rod Stewart served as the guitarist's best man.
Sir Paul McCartney and his wife Nancy Shevell were also in
attendance, as were Wood's sons, Tyrone and father-to-be Jesse, and
his daughter Leah.
The rocker donned a navy suit for the nuptials, while his
34-year-old bride wore her mother's traditional white gown and a
silver headband.
The couple became engaged in October (12), shortly before Wood and
the Stones embarked on a short 50th anniversary tour, which wrapped
up last weekend (15Dec12) in New Jersey.
The rock star reportedly asked Humphreys' father for his daughter's
hand in marriage at the premiere of the Rolling Stones documentary
Crossfire Hurricane
This is Wood's third marriage - he split from his second wife Jo in
2008 and they were officially divorced last year (11).
