Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines trial delayed by a week
Written by . Published: February 13 2015
The start date for Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams' trial over their Blurred Lines hit has been delayed until next week (begs16Feb15) due to court scheduling issues.
The stars have been at war with Marvin Gaye's children over claims their 2013 chart smash features elements of the soul legend's 1977 tune Got to Give It Up, and they were due to face off in a Los Angeles court on Tuesday (10Feb15).
However, last Friday (06Feb15), U.S. District Judge John A.
Kronstadt announced the Blurred Lines case will be pushed back
until 17 February (15), as a result of the court's "current trial
schedule".
He warned the trial could be delayed again as a criminal case is
due to begin on Tuesday, too.
