Rihanna returns to Instagram after six-month break
Rihanna has returned to Instagram.com, six months after shutting down her photo blog over a dispute about the site's nudity rules.
The Umbrella hitmaker disabled her 'badgalriri' account in May (14) after coming under fire from website bosses for breaking their terms of agreement by posting risque shots from her sexy covershoot for French men's magazine Lui, in which she was snapped exposing her bare breasts and her nipple piercing.
She was forced to remove the saucy pictures from the photo-sharing
site and subsequently decided to shut down her page, which had
amassed 12 million followers.
However, it appears Rihanna has since made amends with Instagram
executives after making an unexpected comeback under her
'badgirlriri' moniker on Sunday (02Nov14).
In her first post in months, she uploaded a snap of herself leaning
back into the camera as she posed beside a sink, alongside the
caption, "Hellurrr (hello)" and the hashtag, "#badgalback".
She also posted an animated picture of herself in a bikini, holding
hands with a character in the shape of Instagram's camera logo,
blowing her a kiss.
Rihanna has since used the page to show off photos of her Halloween
antics on Friday night (31Oct14), when she and her pals went green
and dressed up as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
