Rihanna creating second fashion collection

R&B star Rihanna is hard at work on a second fashion collection for British clothing store River Island, despite attracting scathing reviews for her debut line earlier this year (13).

The Umbrella hitmaker's skimpy creations were widely panned by critics after she unveiled her range during London Fashion Week in February (12), but that hasn't stopped the singer from teaming up with River Island bosses again to come up with a new set of items for the upcoming autumn/winter (13) season.

She reunited with her design partner Adam Selman over the weekend (27Apr13) to finalize their latest pieces and Rihanna shared a photo of the pals on Instagram.com.

In the accompanying caption, she wrote, "Me and my better half @adamselman in design mode!! We went to WERK (work) on the upcoming RihannaForRIVERISLAND Autumn and Winter collections! No really, we took it there! Like it's not fair that you could get this kinda s**t at RIHverIsland (sic)!"

Rihanna's first fashion collection, which featured belly-baring tops, sheer dresses and high-slit skirts, was released in March (13).
