Rick Ross suffers a second seizure

Rick Ross has suffered a second seizure en route to a concert in Memphis, Tennessee.

The heavyweight star assured fans he was OK after falling ill on a flight that departed from a Fort Lauderdale, Florida airport on Friday morning (14Oct11).

Rick Ross passed out onboard, prompting the pilot to circle back and make an emergency landing in Florida and seek medical help.

Paramedics performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on Rick Ross and he was taken to a nearby hospital after gaining consciousness.

Hours later he was back on his private plane, from where he filmed a video message to fans assuring them the Memphis gig that night was still on. But TMZ.com has learned Rick Ross suffered another seizure and the jet pilot was forced to make a second emergency landing in Alabama on Friday evening.

At press time, Rick Ross was reportedly in a stable condition in a Birmingham hospital.
