Reese Witherspoon's daughter Ava Phillippe was mistaken for the actress at an Emmy Awards party on Sunday (17Sep17).
The 18-year-old was accompanying her mom to an HBO after-party when a photographer called her Reese while requesting a photo.
According to US Weekly, Phillippe responded, "I'm not her."
The young blonde, who bares a striking resemblance to her famous mom, is Witherspoon's daughter from her first marriage to actor Ryan Phillippe.
The teen was on hand to help her mom celebrate as her mini-series Big Little Lies picked up five major awards, including Outstanding Limited Series.
Co-stars and Emmy Award winners Laura Dern and Nicole Kidman joined mother and daughter at the party.
