Rapper Shad Moss engaged

Rapper, actor and TV personality Shad Moss is engaged to wed his reality star girlfriend Erica Mena after a whirlwind courtship.

The hip-hop star, formerly known as Bow Wow, first became linked to Mena earlier this year (14), but the couple didn't go public with the relationship until August (14), when the two stars were photographed on a romantic vacation in Puerto Rico.

Now the couple is set to tie the knot after Moss proposed to the Love & Hip Hop New York beauty before walking the red carpet together at the BET Hip-Hop Awards in Atlanta, Georgia on Saturday night (20Sep14).

He later shared a photo of Mena's new diamond ring on his Instagram.com page.

The marriage will be Moss' first. The 27 year old has previously romanced R&B singer Ciara, reality star and fashion designer Angela Simmons and model Joie Chavis, the mother of his three-year-old daughter Shai.
