Prince William: 'We are thrilled by baby news'
Britain's Prince William is "thrilled" at the prospect of becoming a father for the second time and is adamant his wife Catherine, Duchess Of Cambridge is "okay" as she battles severe morning sickness.
The royal couple announced on Monday (08Sep14) they are expecting a second child, following the birth of son Prince George in July last year (13).
In a statement, they confirmed the duchess is also suffering from
the debilitating illness that blighted her first pregnancy, but the
prince has now spoken out to assure fans his wife is bearing
up.
Speaking in Oxford, England after the announcement on Monday,
Prince William said, "She is feeling okay, thanks. It's been a
tricky few days - a week or so - but obviously we are mostly
thrilled. It's great news. Early days but we are hoping things
settle down and she feels a bit better."
