Pooch Hall suing over home purchase

Ray Donovan star Pooch Hall has filed a lawsuit over the California home he purchased in 2011.
The actor claims the house in Sherman Oaks has numerous problems which were not made clear at the time of purchase, including water damage, and he alleges the sellers attempted to cover up the faults with shoddy repair jobs.
Hall claims the repairs will cost him around $100,000 and he has
filed a lawsuit to recoup the cash, according to TMZ.com.
The star purchased the property for $820,000 .
