Pink and Carey Hart sued over clash with photographer

Pop punk Pink and her husband Carey Hart are facing allegations of assault and battery following a bust-up with a paparazzo in June (13).

Snapper Boris Issaei is suing the stars after they reportedly lashed out at him as he tried to take pictures of Pink changing two-year-old daughter Willow's diaper in a public playground at Malibu Country Mart in California.

During the encounter, motocross racer Hart is accused of snapping at the paparazzo, branding him a "f**king c**t" and a "f**king pedophile", while the singer is said to have blasted him for "photographing my baby naked".

Issaei claims one of Carey's friends then began to attack him, beating him up and damaging his camera.

Police were called to the scene, but no arrests were made.

Issaei is demanding unspecified damages for the pain and suffering he was reportedly subjected to and to cover the costs of his equipment, reports TMZ.com.
