Paris Jackson praying for dog after opossum attack

Teen model Paris Jackson is praying for her pet pooch Koa after she was attacked by an opossum.

Michael Jackson's 18-year-old daughter was spotted visiting the family vet on Tuesday (25Apr17) after sharing the news with fans.

"If my Koa is in danger, mama bear comes out," Paris wrote in a now deleted tweet, suggesting she chased the opossum away.

Meanwhile, the teen has been named the It Girl for May, 2017 by editors at Vanity Fair magazine.

Fronting the new issue of the fashion bible, Jackson, who recently signed a contract with IMG Models, reveals she is keen to add music to her talents after securing a guest role on Lee Daniels' TV series Star.

"I haven’t yet felt the need to make a career out of it (music), but we’ll see,” she tells the publication.
