Orlando Bloom clarifies love life rumours

British actor Orlando Bloom has dismissed rumours he is dating the ex-wife of the Australian businessman who is now rumoured to be involved with Miranda Kerr.

Bloom and Kerr split in 2013 and the supermodel was subsequently linked to wealthy Aussie entrepreneur James Packer.

The Lord of the Rings star has also been seen with Packer's ex-wife Erica on a number of occasions, sparking rumours of another new relationship, but Bloom is adamant there is no romance between any of the four friends.

He tells the Sydney Daily Telegraph, "I've known Erica since I was 19 back in London. I've known Erica before she was married to James, when she was married to James and afterwards and we are all mates. It probably looks odd but we are all mates, we have all known each other for a long time... No (we are not dating). I've known Erica for a long time, we are great mates. She is a great girl."

Bloom goes on to insist he is still close to Kerr, the mother of his young son Flynn, and he plans to visit her relatives Down Under during an upcoming trip to the country to attend the Oz ComicCon event this month (Sep14).

He adds, "I'm going to see the family and catch up with the rellies (relatives) and I want to catch up with some of my mates. I just love being there (in Australia)... Miranda, family, we are all family. The Kerrs are family."
