Eddie Murphy's ex-wife Nicole has ended her five-year engagement to former football star-turned- TV personality Michael Strahan.
The model and reality TV regular is determined to stay close to the former New York Giants star, who will be inducted into the sport's Hall of Fame on Saturday (02Aug14).
Murphy's representative tells People.com, "They love each other
very much, but with the distance and work schedule it has been hard
to maintain the relationship."
The pair has nine children between them and first started dating in
2007.
