Nicky Hilton celebrates baby shower

Nicky Hilton celebrated the impending birth of her daughter at an elegant baby shower in Los Angeles.

The Hilton heiress shared photos on Instagram.com of the shower at the Hotel Bel-Air on Friday (13May16), as she posed alongside her impressive haul of baby gifts with her friends and sister Paris Hilton.

"Baby shower crew," she captioned the shot of the group outside, surrounded by pink balloons.

Nicky is expecting her first child with British banker husband James Rothschild in July, and Paris unexpectedly revealed the sex of her sister's baby at an event in New York on Monday (09May16).

"I’m so excited for the baby," the 35-year-old socialite told Us Weekly. "She’s going to be such a beautiful little girl, and I can't wait to meet her."

Paris also shared photos from the baby shower on Instagram, heaping praise on her "glowing" younger sister. "My sister is literally the most beautiful fashionable pregnant woman I've ever seen in my life! #Glowing #Gorgeous #MILF", she captioned the shot of her with the soon-to-be-mother.

The pair's aunt, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards, also attended the baby shower with her pregnant daughter Brooke Wiederhorn. "I'm excited to be an aunt for the first time. And my aunt @KimRichards is thrilled to be a grandma for her first time!" Paris wrote alongside a snap of her with Nicky, Kim, and Brooke.

Nicky revealed on Monday that she was feeling great during her first pregnancy, which was only confirmed back in January (16). "I’m feeling great, really good," she told People.com. "I’m doing the nursery right now."

The heiress and her husband were engaged in 2014, and wed in a lavish ceremony at Kensington Palace in London in July last year (16).
