Nicki Minaj: 'I don't want to be mean to people anymore!'
Nicki Minaj regrets her celebrity feuds.
The 33-year-old singer has locked horns with stars including Mariah Carey, Miley Cyrus and Lil' Kim in the past. But now she's turned over a new leaf, and finds it tough to think back to the public rows she had with many of her peers.
Nicki took part in Facebook Live chat as she filmed The Ellen
DeGeneres Show due to air on Thursday (07Apr16), when a fan asked
her if she felt regret over the feuds.
“Yeah, all the time,” Nicki replied. “All my feuds I regret,
because I’m a sweet person, and I don’t wanna be mean to
people."
Another question saw a fan ask Nicki about her plans for having
children.
"When are you going to produce a little Nicki?" the fan asked,
before Nicki replied: "When I walk down a little aisle and wear a
little white dress."
Meanwhile, during her interview with Ellen, Nicki was asked about
her relationship with Meek Mill. The pair has sparked engagement
rumors on numerous occasions, particularly when Meek splashed out
on a heart-shaped diamond ring for his girl in April, 2015.
However, Nicki insisted the jewel is not a sign of a betrothal, and
she has even bigger plans for what will end up being her engagement
ring.
“That’s not my engagement ring though,” Nicki said of the heart
ring. “He said that that’s my second ring and that if I get a third
ring that that would be the engagement ring.
"Ya know, I don’t know. We’re still figuring each other out. And in
fact, I don’t even want to say that I’m in a relationship anymore
because I think when people hear that they go to like the mean
place and try to like... not you (Ellen) though. I love you to
death.”
