Newlywed Stacy Keibler confirms pregnancy

George Clooney's newlywed ex-girlfriend Stacy Keibler has confirmed she is pregnant.

The former wrestler-turned-TV personality married entrepreneur Jared Pobre in Mexico earlier this month (Mar14) after a whirlwind romance, and reports suggesting she was expecting her first child emerged days later.

Now Keibler, 34, has confirmed the rumors, revealing she and Pobre will welcome a baby this summer (14).

The couple tells People.com, "More blessings!! We're an elated family-to-be!"

The blonde beauty followed up the announcement on Monday morning (24Mar14) by sharing a cheeky photo of a bun in an oven on Instagram.com, alongside the caption, "Look what we've got cooking! A Bun'dle of love!"

Keibler and Pobre had been friends for five years before their relationship turned romantic last year (13) after she split from Clooney, who she romanced from 2011. The Gravity star has since moved on to date British lawyer Amal Alamuddin, who joined the actor on a safari holiday in Tanzania last week (ends21Mar14).
