New mother Scarlett Johansson hosts The Theory of Everything screening

New mother Scarlett Johansson took a night off from baby duties to host a screening of Eddie Redmayne's new movie The Theory Of Everything in New York City on Monday (03Nov14).

The Avengers star and her fiance Romain Dauriac welcomed a daughter named Rose in August (14), and the actress returned to the public eye by putting on a special showing of Redmayne's film about physicist Stephen Hawking.

As she introduced the movie for a star-studded audience at the Crosby Street Hotel, Johansson threw her backing behind Redmayne for the 2015 Oscars race, telling the audience, "There are not many things that could carry me away from my little coconut at home... One of them is Eddie Redmayne... I would like to elect myself as your (Oscar) campaign manager."
