Mischa Barton & her ex end legal stand-off with joint restraining order

Mischa Barton and her ex-boyfriend have agreed to stay away from each other for the next five years.

The actress and Adam Spaw have signed off on the restraining order, which ends their year-long legal spat over an alleged sex tape.

Barton accused her ex of attempting to sell the intimate footage, but he insisted he never had the tape in question.

Spaw has also agreed to "not directly or indirectly, or through any agent, sell, distribute, show, give away or assign in any way intimate photos or videos of Mischa Barton", even though he maintains he is not in possession of a sex tape.

Court documents obtained by The Blast make it clear that the signing of the agreement "is not an admission that he possesses or attempted to sell any intimate photos or videos of Mischa Barton".

Mischa and her ex have also agreed to split their property from a shared storage space.
