Miley Cyrus' intruder convicted

The scissor-wielding man found hiding in bushes on Miley Cyrus' estate last month (Sep12) has been convicted of trespassing and resisting arrest.
Jason Luis Rivera pleaded not guilty to the charges following his arrest, when he was ordered to stay at least 500 yards away from Cyrus and her Los Angeles home, but he was convicted during a court hearing on Thursday (11Oct12).
He will be sentenced on Friday (12Oct12), according to TMZ.com.
