Miley Cyrus has hired Britney Spears' music manager to oversee her upcoming chart comeback.

The Party In the U.S.A. hitmaker has been busy recording material for a new album with hip-hop producers Pharrell Williams and Da Internz, and now she has teamed up with Larry Rudolph, the mogul widely credited with revamping Britney's career following her public meltdown in 2008, to mastermind her industry return.

The 20 year old's mum Tish will stay on as her co-manager, according to Eonline.com.

News of the new management deal emerges weeks after Cyrus signed a new deal with RCA Records to distribute the as-yet-unnamed follow-up to 2010's Can't Be Tamed.
