Miley Cyrus buys a new car

Miley Cyrus has added to her collection of cars after treating herself to a brand new luxury convertible.

The 19-year-old singer/actress walked into a Mercedes-Benz dealership in Encino, California last week (ends29Jan12) and picked out a white SL550 convertible with a $127,000 price tag.

Cyrus paid for the car upfront and drove it off the lot, while her bodyguard got behind the wheel of her old vehicle and took it back to the star's home, according to TMZ.com.

The former Hannah Montana star appears to have a weakness for wheels - she bought a $75,000 Mercedes-Benz in 2008 even though she was too young to drive it.
