Mike Tyson: 'I was abused as a child'
Retired boxing champ Mike Tyson has sensationally revealed he was abducted by a stranger and sexually abused at the age of seven.
The sportsman, 48, opened up about the incident during an appearance on SiriusXM satellite radio show Opie Radio earlier this week (begs27Oct14), claiming he had no idea who the older male was - and still doesn't.
He said, "(The man) bullied me, sexually abused me and stuff...
snatched me off the street. I was a little kid. Never seen him
again (sic)."
Tyson never reported the molestation to police and admits he is
unsure if the terrifying childhood encounter left him emotionally
scarred.
The boxer has endured a troubled past - he has battled substance
abuse and anger issues and served three years in prison for a 1990s
rape conviction.
