Meghan Trainor battling laryngitis - report

Meghan Trainor has reportedly been told to rest her voice while she recovers from laryngitis.

The All About That Bass hitmaker is currently on her first headline tour and she has been ordered to keep quiet in-between performances to help her vocals.

A source tells Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper, "Meghan has never done a tour so it's taking a lot out of her voice as she is singing live every night... She has been told to talk as little as possible between gigs. The laryngitis hit hard but she didn't want to let down her fans... If it means cutting the chat to get through the tour then that's what she's accepted needs to be done."

It is not the first time Trainor has had issues with her voice as she previously suffered from polyps in her throat.
