McCartney honeymoons at Jagger's Caribbean villa

Sir Paul McCartney and his new bride Nancy Shevell are honeymooning at Sir Mick Jagger's private Carribean island hideaway, according to reports.

The Beatles legend wed the heiress at a London registry office last weekend (09Oct11) and has since thanked his fans for their "wonderful greetings" congratulating him over the nuptials.

The pair jetted off to Jagger's lavish beachside villa in Mustique to celebrate its marriage on Friday (14Oct11), reports Britain's Sunday Mirror.

A source tells the publication, "Sir Paul is a regular visitor to Mustique and has stayed before at the home of Mr Jagger. He loves the privacy the island offers and there is no better place to spend a honeymoon. Everyone will just leave them to enjoy their special time together."

The newlyweds will reportedly spend four days on the island before heading to New York to celebrate with Shevell's relatives.
