Man faces jail time for Nicki Minaj pranks

A 24-year-old Northern Irish man is facing four months behind bars for pretending to be Nicki Minaj in calls he made to the police.

Stephen Brown reportedly called emergency services multiple times, claiming to be the Super Bass star, and alleged he was at the center of a murder plot. He also called police to report a ghost in his house.

Local cops tracked the calls back to Brown and arrested him.

A judge in Belfast initially sentenced him to eight months in jail for the prank, but Brown reportedly won an appeal and will now serve four months behind bars.
