Louis Tomlinson creating girl group with mentor Simon Cowell
One Direction star Louis Tomlinson and Simon Cowell, the man who made his pop dreams come true, are teaming up to create a new Spice Girls.
The father-to-be tells British TV show X Factor's Xtra Preview he's planning to spend part of his boy band's 2016 hiatus working with Cowell on a new girl group.
"I've got a little label imprint so I'm trying to work with that at
the moment," he says. "I'm lucky enough to be working with Simon.
We've got a few different projects going on at the moment one of
which is we're trying to put a girl band together.
"It's really exciting to be involved in the different side of it,
the background."
Tomlinson found fame on The X Factor, after Cowell created One
Direction during the seventh season of the singing competition. The
boy band finished third and went on to become one of the biggest
acts in the world.
