Lohan allowed week delay in jail term for Playboy shoot
Lindsay Lohan was given one week's notice to report to jail to allow her time to complete her raunchy photoshoot for Playboy magazine.
The Mean Girls star pleaded guilty to a probation violation on Wednesday (02Nov11) and Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced her to 30 days behind bars.
But the actress was not taken into custody straight away - instead,
she was ordered to check in with authorities by 9 November (11) and
reports suggest the delay is down to her commitment to Playboy
editors.
Lohan posed for nude photos last month (Oct11) and she is scheduled
to reshoot some of the shots for the pictorial later this week
(begs31Oct11).
TMZ.com reports the star's lawyer, Shawn Holley, requested the
delay in her client's jail time during a private chat with Judge
Sautner, revealing Lohan would be in breach of her contract if she
missed the appointment.
The actress is allegedly being paid close to $1 million for
stripping off.
The spread will feature in January's (12) issue of Playboy.
