Leonardo DiCaprio has put his Malibu, California bachelor pad on the market after failing to lease it this summer (12).

The movie star is asking for $23 million for the seven-bedroom oceanfront property.

The mini-compound features a four-bedroom main house, a two-bedroom guest house and a loft space with a seventh bedroom, home gym and home office, according to property gossip website RealEstalker.com.
