Lea Michele has been hailed as "amazing" and "strong" by her music producers after she returned to a recording studio for the first time since the death of her boyfriend Cory Monteith.

The Glee actress/singer has been grieving the loss of her co-star and real life partner following his death in Canada last month (Jul13), but she put her sorrow aside to return to work on the hit TV show last week (ends04Aug13).

She was back in the recording studio on Monday (05Aug13) to lay down vocals for a song for the show, and her performance won praise from her team.

Grammy-nominated producer Adam Anders writes in a post on Twitter.com, "Lea Michele you are the strongest person I know. That was truly amazing. Love you. Lea strong," while his brother and co-worker Alex Anders adds, "Lea Michele you were absolutely magnificent today. I am in awe of your strength and your sweet spirit. Love you."

Michele replies, "Thank you (Alex and Adam) for a great recording session today... You guys are the best... Couldn't have picked a more beautiful & perfect song to start the year with."

Monteith died after taking a lethal combination of heroin and alcohol in a Vancouver hotel room, and his Glee co-stars are planning to record a tribute to his character for the next series of the show.
